Notice builder
Create a legal notice online — free draft & optional advocate review
Creating your notice on this page is completely free — use the structured template, AI from your description (once you add a proxy URL), or write it yourself; then edit, preview, and download. You only pay if you optionally add a paid lawyer service below; otherwise there is no charge.
You can add a lawyer later if you want. First-time users who choose a paid add-on get these introductory prices (GST if applicable on confirmation). We confirm everything before you pay.
Optional paid help (not required to use the free builder)
- Review your draft — a lawyer goes through it, can change wording, and gives suggestions. You can also upload an earlier notice you received or sent, and get advice on it.
₹1,299₹599 - Full notice by lawyer (₹1,999) — you’re connected on call with an advocate who hears your case, gives tailored suggestions, then prepares and builds the complete legal notice for you (not just tweaking your draft).
₹4,999₹1,999
First user offers on the add-ons only; the free builder above stays free. Standard list prices are the struck-through amounts. We confirm what applies before you pay.
How do you want to start?
All three options below are free to draft—no card and no payment unless you add a lawyer add-on later.
This tool does not provide legal advice. A qualified advocate should finalise the text before you rely on it or send it to the other side, especially in serious or court-related matters.
Your details & notice content
Already have an old notice? (optional)
You can upload a copy of a previous or old notice (or a photo / scan) if you want a lawyer to read it and advise what to change, whether to re-send, or how to improve it — especially with the review (₹599) or other paid add-ons. Not required to use the free builder.
PDF, Word, text, or clear photo. Max size depends on your email provider; for large scans, the team may ask you to share on WhatsApp after you submit.
Structured template — facts & demand
AI draft from your description
Write what happened and what you want in your own words. The model produces a starting draft only—not legal advice. You should review every line; a qualified advocate should finalise before you issue or rely on the notice.
Your full notice (in your own words)
Preview & send
Editing, downloading, and copying below are all free. When you send, a copy is delivered to the email you entered, and a secure submission goes to the firm. If Web3Forms is not configured yet, the site will still download a .txt file for you.
Check your email. If you have set up the Web3Forms key in notice.js, a copy of your submission is sent to you and the firm. Otherwise use the file you downloaded and email it yourself, or use the callback on the home page.
For the firm: email delivery & AI
Each submission is sent through Web3Forms when you set WEB3FORMS_ACCESS_KEY in notice.js. The client’s address gets the “reply” field; the firm receives the full notice. File attachments in the form may require a Web3Forms plan that supports attachments; the page will still name files in the message and can fall back to WhatsApp if upload fails.
AI path: Set NOTICE_AI_CONFIG.proxyUrl in notice.js to a server-side proxy (see workers/notice-openai-proxy.js). The OpenAI key stays on the worker, not in the browser.
